Once you have accepted the estimate (which includes acceptance of our terms and conditions), a deposit invoice will be raised and emailed to you or to your accounts person if you prefer.
The deposit invoice is 20% of the total cost incl. GST, and should be paid within 7 days.
We will need your required delivery date in order to work out the timeline for the production process. Once we have your delivery date we will work backwards from there to establish the milestone dates.
These dates will be emailed to you. For 'Designed by YOLO' yearbooks this is usually a 6 week schedule, but we can make it longer should you wish more time for checking, etc. The 'Made by Me' yearbook schedule is usually approximately 2.5 weeks.
YOLO will provide you with a yearbook coordinator pack, containing a guide booklet, a current trend booklet, access to the knowledge base, forum and blog, along with the various forms and other tools to help make your life easier.
