How to Edit Borders, Frames

First in order to activate the function you must first select a frame on your page. Next on the grey tool bar you will find two boxes.  One has a line through it and the other has a border around it. You can click on the boxes to change the fill and border colour. The drop down box next to the two boxes changes the thickness of the frame around the object.  





You can also change the frame settings on the right under "Frame Settings"- “Border, Fill, and Drop Shadow, the tabs on the right hand side of the page you can change the border thickness and other options.

Border: Border Color Options
Width: Border Width Sizes
Fill: Color Picker
Style:
  • Normal: The border increases equally inside and outside the border line.
  • Inset: The border increases on the inside of the border line.
  • Outset: The border increases on the outside of the border line.
Join:
  • Miter: Is where the frame corner join at an ninety degree angle.
  • Round: The frame corners will change from a ninety degree angle to rounded corners.
  • Bevel: Is where the frame corner join at an angle. Once clicked the ninety degree angled corners will change to a forty-five angle.
Miter Limit: Miter limit is where two lines meet at a corner and the the limit determines the gap formed where the two lines meet.
Corner Radius: As the number increases the edges become round and eventually making the square round.

How to Edit Images

First in order to activate the function you must first select a picture or a blank photo box on your page. Next on the top grey tool bar you will find photo editing tools next too the Lock icon.  This row of icons will allow you to add a drop shadow to a picture, round corners of a picture, wrap text around a picture, rotate a image to the left or the right, change a photo, tag a photo, clear a photo, crop a photo, and flip a image horizontal or vertical. Let's take a closer look at what you can do using these tools.

Photo Settings

Lock: The lock icon will prevent a photo or object from moving when selecting objects around the locked object.
Drop Shadow: Click this button and a drop shadow will appear around the edges of the photo.
Rounded Corners: Click the icon to turn on or off rounded corners on the image.
Wrap text: Will allow the text to flow around the image.
Rotate Right: Click this button and the image will rotate forty- five degrees right. Clicking the button again and the image will rotate another forty- five degrees to the right.
Rotate Left: Click this button and the image will rotate forty- five degrees left. Clicking the button again and the image will rotate another forty- five degrees to the left.
Change Photo: Click this button to select another photo from your categories to take the place of the current photo within the frame.
Tag Photo: You can click this button and proceed to tag the photo, adding student names to your index and student data.
Clear Photo: Click this button to clear the image within the frame.
Crop Photo: Click the icon to open the Crop Window, drag the box or corners to edit the crop of the selected photo.
Flip Image Horizontal: Flip the orientation of the image horizontally.
Flip Image Vertical: Flip the orientation of the image vertically.
