What's a Typical Yearbook Timeline?

Typical YOLO yearbook timeline
Typically, you will sign up for yearbook with YOLO around March/April.
Then begins the initial yearbook planning from April to June - organising content and page plans, sending YOLO the design brief and deciding on a design to use.
The second stage of planning continues until October - organising contributors and tracking the project.

All material sent to YOLO – 6 weeks prior to delivery date
1st proofs sent to school – 4 weeks prior to delivery date
1st proofs returned to YOLO – 3 weeks prior to delivery date
Final Material sent to YOLO – 3 weeks prior to delivery date
Final proofs sent to school – 18 days prior to delivery date
Final proofs returned to YOLO – 15 days prior to delivery date
Final Corrections – 14 days prior to delivery date
School Sign-off – 14 days prior to delivery date
Send to Print – 13 days prior to delivery date
