What are the Timeframes for Production?

Once you have provided YOLO with your required delivery date, we will work out a timeline for your yearbook production. This will be emailed to you. It will include the required dates for sending all the initial material, and for each of the various proof checking stages.

These deadline dates must be adhered to if your required delivery dates are to be met. If your material is delivered after the allocated deadline, or proofs are returned late, we cannot guarantee meeting your delivery date – although we will do our best to do so.

The usual timeframe is 6–7 weeks. It will take 2 weeks for us to lay out the 1st proofs, and you will then have 1 week to carry out your proofreading and to send us back your corrections.
The next week will be the final proofing rounds which typically take 1-2 days, depending on the type and number of corrections.

After you have signed off the yearbook to print it will take another 2 weeks for the yearbooks to be printed, bound and delivered.
